"More time spent counting flashing lights to determine errors than printing"
I only used this printer occasionally for the 13 x19 prints. I use an HP printer daily that is 3 years old and works every time. Canon wants me to buy a new printer through their loyalty program. I am only loyal to HP now.
PROS: beautiful prints
CONS: totally unreliable. After 16 months it is dead and must be sent in for repair.

seems like there is always a blinking light for a cartridge that is at 10% so one must have several of each on hand at all times since it will not let you print even if one cartridge is almost out. Even though you have plenty of black you still can n
