Canon PIXMA iP4200 Inkjet Photo Printer

Great printer. Photos tend to come out a little brighter then they do on your computer though.

Good little printer!

Good printer, I would recommend. Has a quiet mode for night use and printing is clear and smudge free. Would suggest canon add a tray to catch paper after it prints, otherwise good machine. ...

Cannon PIXMA ip1600

Pros: Not bad for the price Cons: Few After having an Epson 820 that died, I bought a Cannon PIXMA ip 1600. It was a bit of a bear at first as I'm not a techy. However, after playing around with it for awhile, I found it much better than my deceased Epson. I love it! Ink is expensive, as...

Budget inkjet printer.Printer reviews say inkjet printers as cheap as the Canon Pixma iP1600 aren't worth it in the long run, since replacing the ink cartridges costs about $40 -- nearly as much as the printer itself. The Canon iP1600 is slower and doesn't print as well as more expensive models,...

Whatever you want it to be

I just ordered another one as a spare, paid $43 delivered and rather than buying a set of spare Ink cartridges for it (List $46)Found a sale $36 for a set of cartridges but hey, $7 more = spare printer. I don't like to use lots of ink and with this software you can set not only greyscale but...

still a choice

Got it almost free from a combo buy together with an ibook notebook. The printer is still good enough for small volume family use. Photos come out colorful and clean, and printing speed is not bad at all. I don't often print large number of photos at home, and this printer just serves a backup....

An inexpensive, no frills printer with decent speed and output quality.

I bought this printer as part of a PC/printer combo deal. Received it free after rebate ($50), so I wasn't expecting much. I recently moved and needed a semi-portable printer while living in temporary quarters, so I decided to use the ip1600 for these purposes. My printing was almost...

Decent little printer

Bought this as a printer for a second computer. Works OK, no major problems. Easy to install. If you need a cheap printer that does what you need, just pick this up. This is good for the occasional photo, but I use it mostly with documents. Get a higher quality printer if you want to use it for...

Budget Printer

I got this printer as a bundle purchase with Mac Mini around Christmas, so basically this printer was free along with a purchase of the computer after rebate. The printer quality is OK and the printer doesn't need much desktop space. But if you would like to invest a little more for a printer,...
