NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!It's now been four weeks since I placed an order with this company. After I ordered the product, I received an email a couple days later saying I needed to contact the company. I went through four people with lots of noise going on in the background. |

On purchasing online, I got a message saying that I need to contact their customer support. After eventually finding them during business hours, someone looked around for 10 mins to tell me "we dont have this product in stock" - wasted... |

Your service stinks. I ordered a TV on 7/21 and was told it was shipped out on 7/25. Follow up calls informed me the item was sent in early August. Still NO TV. I called again on 8/22 and service rep indicated he would get back to me. No response. St |

PriceMad was unable to fulfill the order or provide an answer as to when it would be filled. After (4) + weeks, I decided to cancel it. I don't understand how PriceMad can stay in business, if this is typical of their sales/service. |
