the box had minor damage. the original printed identification on the box was blacked out and product info was hand written with magic marker leading me to wonder if this was a re-box and not a truly NEW unit. the contents did not appear used or dam |

Use&Care Manual was not shipped with water heater.I had to print 36 pages.NOT HAPPY with that. |
