We use this product at work in our Coffee Room. To overcome the 7 hours timer installed in the pot, we just don't use it and use an externaltimer bought from Home Depot.

Don't get me wrong, I love my instant hot cup of tea, but I was expecting more from Zojirushi since my rice cooker is so awesome.The timer is 7 hours. No more, no less. I was expecting some adjustability.The pot is warm on the sides....
