  • Just wasn't compatible with my pc
  • I have a new pc, and it just didn't seem compatible with it. Customer support was fantastic and they spent tons of time trying to help, but in the end it didn't work. I had to return it.

  • You just plug it in and that's it.
    
    I used the firewire por to transfer digital video with no problems under ubuntu 7.10 (gutsy) 64bit . Also the usb port works fine .
