The Zune doesn't fit snugly and if it jiggles a bit, you lose the connection. You might not notice this until you discover that you are not charging. Also, I could not get video on either of my tv sets. Audio was ok, but I still do not know why...

I use it every day at work and I'd buy it it again n a heartbeat... Unless you want to spend ALOT more money, just buy it. Be carefull when placing your Zune in it and you'll love the big sound ut ofa little box.

CONS: I'd like it if had more Zune control features on the remote. Lilke others I have to be carefull when connecting - two hands, slow and carefull like but I've NEVER had a disconnest as others have reported.
