Ok for the price - sound quality the only real backdraw.
The design is nice, but the IPod does not connect at the base - there is a cable that connects at the top. Other than that everything works like expected and doesn't look cheap. The only backdraw is the sound quality.. it is not what you want for everyday listening and it also won't be loud...

great deal for the money
i have a bose sound dock downstairs and wanted a set of portable speakers for the upstairs. these were perfect. plugged into wall, easy to move and for what they are used for (extra speakers in a bedroom) the sound quality is more than adequate. excellent product for the money.
