PROS: Portable and good size screen.
CONS: I read all of these reviews and am amazed that no one mentions how much the item freezes up. If I use it for more than 2 hours, the DVDs freeze up and will not play anymore. I have to turn the unit off and let it rest. The volume sucks too.

PROS: Clarity of screen is great. Plenty of volume, have not used it with headphones. Disc door is a button, not a slide release - very nice addition. Swivel screeen with all controls accessible below screen.
CONS: A little heavy, but not terrible. Default screen size leaves black margins on sides, but I ahve not read up on how to change this yet.

This was definetly one of the best DVD players for the size and price. I'm currently deployed to Iraq, and have had this DVD player for the last 10 months. The conditions are dusty and sometimes extremely hot. Not a problem for this DVD player....
