"Adequite; not outstanding"

The battery clips on the back of the unit in an awkward sliding motion that not only makes the unit not flat and a brick with a lump on the back, but also renders the battery prone to a knock that would dislodge the battery, losing your image....

PROS: Low price; crisp picture; long battery life; S-Video output; compact and light; plenty of volume through headphones; car adapter included.

CONS: Awkward battery charging and connection; long battery-charge time; no separate contrast control; remote necessary for many basic functions.
