The best divx dvd player ever
I just bought this little gadget for my 20 month old baby since we will be doing long trips on the road. The reason I decided to get it was the SD Card/USB reader for DIVX formats and its 10.2' screen. That's a super plus. The sound quality is great.

Very Disappointed
We were very hopeful when we purchased this product to use in our car for our 3 year old daughter. We used the headrest mounting kit, but it stuck out too far from the back of the headrest, which caused a lot of movement when the car was in motion.

Best Portable I've seen and owned so far...
Personally, I love this unit. At first I had my eyes on the Toshiba 9', or the SONY 8' until I went to the store with my DVDs. Some DVDs are burnt, some are not, and both the Toshiba and Sony only played a select few... Then, the Phillips 10.2' caugh

Plays Both formats DVD+R and DVD-R !!!
The picture is great, and the sound is louder than our portable Sony Dvd player. It has played our RW+ burned home movies as well as our mini dvd sony movie camera that runs smaller RW- discs, It has a nice clamp that bolts between your headrest rise

Sleek product with average battery.
I bought this as a replacement for an old Panasonic 9 inch. Panasonic is the wnner in battery life, but most of their screens are now smaller that 9 inch. I decided to go with Philips based on swivel, size and design and I am not disappointed. Ba
