PROS: According to CNET, this mouse has a three foot range, but my own experience with it begs to differ. I have used it at about a six foot range, and it functions just fine; and unless you're pounding it with a hammer, it's not going to break easily.

CONS: you have to go to http://www.microsoft.com/hardware to get the software for it. on default, The center button is set on some weird mode that did nothing, so i had to manually put it on Click Scroll for my Internet Browser.
