Every aspect of the purchase process was easy and understandable. When I contacted the company via e-ml, someone followed up via e-ml and also called me at home to give me all the delivery information. This showed extraordinary customer service. |

Product good. Customer service not so. It took a week to get an email response. I called and they answered immediately. Delivery for this item took much longer than expected. Usually orders take 5 days from order to delivery; this took over 10. |
