Great product - but sound missing after a year

Black Screen
I've had a Samsung 50" plasma for 2 years and 1 month - the screen went black 2 days ago. The one I have has a one year warranty I've been told. This will be our last Samsung!

Best value plasma!
The hi-def is awesome. Brilliant colors and clarity. The remote is very easy to use. I used to worry about burn-in. The built in protection, "pixel shifting," obviously works. My wife is bad about leaving the guide up for long periods of time. NO
PROS: Exceptional picture and fast action video. Great price.
CONS: Would like a 3rd HDMI input.
