"Great, useful, but some problems"

I got my first m500 a few months ago, and it was great. Thin, rechargeable, stylish... and the usb syncing was faster than the serial on my old palm VIIx. It was great, except for the problem in that the scribble pad (notepad) wpould not synchronize

If you don't care for bells and whistles, if you think it is silly to run windows application on a palmtop, if you're happy with grey scale, then the m500 is for you. Very thin, very light, very agreable to hold : it comes with me everywhere I go. As

"The only thing I would change is adding a colour screen."

I haven't had any problems with the M500. The battery life is excellent and it takes very little time to charge. The ability to expand the memory using inexpensive SD cards. Also comes with a lot of "free" software. But like I said it would be nice t

"Excellent value, excellent device"

The price of this model is now less than half of what I paid for it a year ago - I'm encouraging friends to snap one up while they're still available. Palm had some trouble with the cradles that origianlly shipped with this model. I never had trouble
