totally cool!
Oh this thing's so cool. I got it for christmas and I had lots of trouble getting the sync to work. It was really funny, I was going to give up when I just decided to turn it on... and it connected. It was like on b4 and it didn't work... i didn't...

After hours of toll calls to HP, and toll free calls to Microsoft, unable to connect to www, unable to sync, unable to get help! Maybe it shouldn't be like a toaster, but it shouldn't be this difficult to operate correctly! DI
