"Basic but functional"
Seems like HP cut a few corners to keep the cost down (like the small low-res screen), but overall it works fine. Windows Mobile 6 is no better than past efforts by MS, and some functions are annoyingly limited to corporate MS Exchange users, but at

"Very Good Value"
nice phone to use with outlook data at hand but not convenient for text entry, BT keyboard required; still prefer Palm-os device (unfortunately no Palm smartphone has wifi, which is very convenient when travelling)

"Would be great if it worked"
Phone would not stay connected to Wi-Fi network, even when it was 15 feet from the wireless router on a clear channel. Would not automatically connect when it came in range. Lost the Wi-Fi network password several times, forcing me to go through setu

CONS: Dropped Wi-Fi and Cell calls, WM6 Sucks

"The Swiss-Army knife of phones"
does everything and even has practical voice command software. Awesome resolution despite what the above comment states. Clarity is great and I cant think of anything bad to say about it.
PROS: Too many to list. Pda and phone in one neat package, what more could you want?

"It's very usefull for mobile worker"
I think is a good investement for work works great in other countries like Costa Rica, Nicaragua and Panam??.
PROS: Easy to use and sync with Outlook, Excellent signal coverage and audio quality.
CONS: It's easy to scrath the screen is the same problem as the ipod. Some times the OS show the information in slow way.

I bought this phone and loved it right away. I wanted a phone that had the features of a PDA. The size wasperfect, it felt like a phone. I was willing to deal with the small naigation buttons. I had trouble using AT&T functions. I ha trouble setting
PROS: This device has a large number of features,, it is a cell phone that can function like a PDA.
CONS: Navigation buttons difficult, cannot use all of phone servers options.
