I would definately NOT shop at PC Richards again

I would definately NOT shop at PC Richards again. Circumstances forced us to buy several large and small appliances within a month's time. Because of location convenience, price matching, 0% financing and multi-purchase

We love the tv, it's easy to use and the kids love it. We bought it for our two year old daughter and now the older kids want one just like it.

The service was fine, but there is no way to contact them if I wanted to return the item. I would have liked to change the model, but could not find any way of doing it.

They answered all questions and I felt very comfortable dealing with this firm. The appliance was delivered much sooner than expected and in perfect condition.
