PCI to PCMCIA CardBus Host Adapter Controller Card This PCMCIA to PCI card allows users to connect one PC Card to the back panel of a desktop PC. It is complaint with the PCMCIA 2.1/JEIDA 4.1 specification. The data interface to the PC card is 16/32 bit and powered at 3.3V or 5V. It allows CardBus (PCMCIA) device connected to the rear panel of the host PC, such as GPRS modem, Wireless LAN, Bluetooth, CardBus hard drive, Firewire/USB host controller, Serial-ATA host controller, or LAN adapter. Its allows you to share your PCMCIA cards between your Desktop and laptop computers. It was easy to put in the PC Dell Optiplex GX620, PCMCIA Adapter uses a Mini CD disk to install drivers with WinXP Pro. I had no problems what so ever even after installing with XP's Service Pack 3 RC2, and yes I'm not afraid to take on...
