All Clad Lasagna Pan - 59906

It's called a lasagna pan, and of course that's a very suitable recipe for this piece, but don't be limited by the name alone. You can also use this for other casseroles, and for roasting meats and vegetables.  more

Works for me!

I almost didn't order this pan for two reasons. The first was that a lot of reviewers said their pans warped very badly the first time they used them. The second reason is that it was made in China. The steel in this pan is solid and about as thick as the blade of an All-Clad spatula utensil....

Not deep enough

This is a nice-looking pan, but not deep enough for lasagna. Does anyone make a deep dish lasagna pan that's doesn't weigh a ton?

It's All-Clad! Come on, I expected quality!

I found this pan on clearance at BB&B for 49.99 and jumped on it. What a great price. I was so excited to finally have a piece of All-Clad in my kitchen. And finally a real pan to roast in. Up until now I had been using my large Emerilware saute pan for roasts. I'd burn my hand on the handle...

Warp Factor 1

Nice, shiny, new, heavy, quality product. Two uses later...Warped and buckled tray bottom, shiny, heavy, poor-quality product.I am a keen cook and I don't expect to spend this much on an so-called "quality" item only for it to warp and buckle after two uses under normal conditions.1 star.

Warped after first use

I was so excited to see this in my gold box and bought it immediately. After the first use it warped rather severely. I bet the warp will hold about one half cup of water. I used it to bake a chicken at 350 degrees. I'll be calling All-Clad to see what can be done. Otherwise it's a nice shiny pan.

shiney, hefty and sturdy !

I love my All-Clad pan. I used it to make lasagna as well as heating up chicken nuggets or fish sticks. Very shiney and expensive looking...will not warp in the oven like cheaper bake items. About the only downfall is because the handles stick out instead of pointing up ( like a "real" baking...

manufacture

Just so you know, this pan is made in China, not USA like many other All Clad products. It would be nice if Amazon published the country of origin so people could know before they purchased.

Solid Performer

This pan works like a nonstick pan for my lasagna dishes. Has been easy to clean and has that commercial feel (and weight) that you expect from a quality cooking pan. Just purchased roasting rack for chicken etc. to make this pan even more multipurpose. Amazon put this on a secret sale a...

what a bargain

This is the pan that Cook's Illustrated highlights in the Sept/Oct 2004 issue. It is less than half the price of Alclad's Petit Roti and the only difference is the shape of the handles. According to Cook's, the price is a promotional price and will go up - so grab this bargain while you can!

Fantastic Deal!

Like many other food enthusiasts, I am always looking for high quality cookware at an affordable price. This little gem fits both categories. You might not think you need a lasagna pan, but a roasting pan should be on your "needs & wants" list. This pan works beautifully as that roasting...
