terrible, they send you what you don't order. It's like they have an abundance of crap and you click the size or quantity you want and after you pay, when you get your confirmation the size or quantity has changed to what was in their box to... |

The slipcover did not fit, though ordering and shipping were easy and fast. The procedure for returns was a little hard for me to follow, but with the "help" feature, I was allowed to chat with someone that expedited the process. |

I purchased the Aristo console table and I couldn't be happier about it. The table exceeds my expectiations. The table came in two cartons with the contents completely protected from any possible damage. |

As with anything you buy on line, you take a chance. I am very disappointed with qualiy of the cushions. They are very thin and not as nice as they looked in the picture. But this survey is about service and it was great. |
