I have been reading that Hoodia is broken down in the GI tract and that the way to take is by patch. That may be so because I did not notice any difference in my hunger when using this product.

I wish the container had more servings, but this stuff really works. I take one about an hour before lunch or dinner and I always leave food on my plate. I don't get hungry between meals either. I am definitely going to buy it again.
