The toy is full of learning and musical activities designed to provide visual and auditory stimulation. This plastic-molded table sits flat on the floor for babies to play at while sitting. View larger. Grows with your Child The sturdy, plastic-molded, brightly colored table sits flat on the floor for babies to play at while sitting. You can attach the table's legs to adjust it to accommodate toddlers' play while standing. And it offers plenty of activities at different levels of learning to keep your child entertained for these early developmental years. Your child will delight in spinning the maraca to hear a fun rendition of the ABC song; playing the colored piano keys to practice motor skills and learn about colors; moving the trombone's slide to count to 10; and sliding the cello to learn about up and down. Kids can tap on the colorful drum and learn about colors and primary shapes, too. Then, by flipping the pages of the "book" to go from the Learning Mode to the Music Mode, kids can hear more than 40 songs and melodies, including nursery rhymes and fun individual instrument sounds that will have them singing and dancing. Plenty to Do, Lots to Learn With all of these activities, your child will exercise his or her memory and problem-solving skills with lots of things to push, pull, turn, open, and close. And with the flip of a switch, the songs and games switch from English to Spanish, offering a great introduction to foreign-language learning. The Learn & Groove Musical Table requires some assembly and needs 3 AA batteries for operation. Batteries are not included. What's in the Box 1 LeapFrog Learn and Groove Musical Table.  more

Great sounds!

My son loves this table and he just turned 2 years old. He likes all of the different activities and likes to switch it over to Spanish. I love that this is a table that he can independently interact with. Its even light enough for him to move it room to room on his own.

9 Month Old's Rating

I just bought this toy an hour ago, brought it home to my newly 9-month old and he immediately pulled himself to stand on the table and almost tipped over the table! To prevent this, I put the table close to the couch so if he tried to pull himself up again, it would have something to lean up...

Amazon Not Fair

I wrote a heads-up recently concerning this item, but Amazon has opted not to publish it. Is it because I revealed that Target is selling this item for $19.00?

Great for infants and learning disabled

I opened my home to foster an 11 month old who was severely overweight (30lbs) and an intellectually disabled 5 year old back in May of this year (2008). A friend of mine was gracious enough to gift me with this learning center after her 2 year old son was 'done' with it. My 11 month old LOVES...

Full of fun!

Got this for my daughter when she was just starting to cruise. It was easy to set-up. She loves playing with it couple times a day. The book in the middle has two modes- learning and music which my daughter found easy to switch. Overall, this is a good, durable product which I would buy again...

Not as good as the older version

I bought this table for my 7 month old since I had owned a previous version of the same thing (minus the Spanish part). Unfortunately I gave it away, so I recently purchased it again. The main board itself is great, fun, and keeps the attention of the little one. The bilingual addition to this...

great for Spanish/English children

I bought this toy for two reasons. First, encouraging my 15 month son to stand and walk around it, while playing. Second, to keep learning Spanish. He plays with it and repeats the numbers, randomly,in Spanish. It is a great option for bilingual children.

Very entertaining for our 8 month old!

I got this for $3 at a thrift store without the legs. Our 8 month old loves it. She seems to prefer the music option to the word option. Her favorite thing seems to be the banjo. This toy will hold her attention for quite a while. I like it because there are a few lights to make it exciting...

This is a great toy. My son started playing with this at 4 months (without the legs) and still plays with it at 16 months old.

So many things to do....

i didn't realize when I purchased this how many activities there were on this table. My grandson started playing with it at about 7 months, when he would sit in a little chair and play. Soon he was pulling himself up to play. And at 19 months, he is still amused occasionally by this toy. The...
