PROS: Arrives quickly in the mail.
CONS: Cartridges empties too quickly. Unable to buy cartridges from other location or refill empty cartridges.

The price of this ink is too much and it runs out very often.

PROS: It's easy to install the printer cartidge and it available for immediate use.
CONS: The price of the ink is too high. The ink doesn't last as long as ink in my previous two printers.

3 week back order on a Transfer Roller is outrageous and it is not acceptable to get 1/2 the promised duty cycle promised at point of printer sale.

PROS: The transfer roller was easy to remove and install.
CONS: The 5100CN Transfer Roller cut out on us at only 17,121 copies which is far short of the 35,000 promised. This doubles the cost of printing with this copier when the expensive Dell consumables last lest than 1/2 their promised life span. This printer far
