Very reliable unit, you should get it!!!!
This unit is incredible. I've installed it 2 times for people over the last 6 months (one with 10/100/1000Mbps and another with 10/100Mbps) no slowness on either one. The second one was revision 3 which has 2 USB ports in the back and web...

Garbage, stick to USB
Mine Amazon order lasted 45 days and I lost everything saved on both drives. You would think using Raid would help ensure the information from being lost.

Buffalo support a cut above
Have been running the linkstation pro duo for a couple of weeks. The product works pretty well - fast enough (on 100mb network); easy to set up, small, quiet, good management tools.

There are better options.
This is the least expensive of the 3 NAS model that I own (see my other reviews). Good points are that it's small, silent and runs cool. Bad points are that certain software features are not accessible, can't build a raid mirror in windows xp,...
