My mom and I love this, now hedging the front bushes only takes a couple of minutes instead of hours, it's awesome!

Does what it is supposed to

I am pleased with this product. It is well made and has performed flawlessly. It is a bit heavy, so if you are reaching way up or way out, you will need to rest your arms fairly frequently. But that beats getting a ladder, or not being able to do them at all. So in all, very happy with the...

Pretty pleased

I am pretty pleased with this cordless trimmer. It is a little heavy and I did have to take breaks especially when holding it over my head to trim the top of a high arbor. But the convenience of not having a cord dragging along and the ease of using it made it well worth the money. It charged up...

Can't do without it

This product is bulky and,in my opinion, probably not going to be used by a woman due to its weight. However, for someone who has a lot of hedges, tree trimming, and other trimming that requires reach, this is a product you won't be able to do without. I think what Black and Decker should do is...

Vesatile trimmer

Yes it is a hedge trimmer on a pole and works well as such. I used it to trim the bottom of my weeping willow along with some shrubs. Its best use may be as a weed whacker when you have weeds that are tall and too tough for a string trimmer to handle well. Just set it at the more comfortable...

Excellent garden tool

I used it to trim the tops of ~120' of honeysuckle bushes and ~40' of yews. Clean, quick cutting. The battery showed no sign of running low at that point. Since the head pivots, I did the following trick: Tilted it at right angles to the pole and walked along the front of the honeysuckle,...

Very easy to use!

Even though this is a little heavy it is very easy to use. It save me a lot of time bringing out the cord and a ladder. I would highly recommend this product.

DOES THE JOB!

This is a heavy hedge trimmer, especially since I have to lift it above my head often to shape a 7 foot hedge that sits on a hill. UGH...But this machine does make my job easier, and that's what counts. I do not miss a long cord, but the battery is heavy, which is what makes it harder to...

one word...HEAVY!

I purchased this because my arms would burn from holding my regular electric trimmer above my head, well this helps with the reach but it weighs at least 3 times as much as the electric version. Wish this one was electric at least that would eliminate the battery weight. It's also a little...

Pole Hedge trimmer

Tnis trimmer performed about as I expected. The battery did not run out of power in the 45 minutes I used it, so that was a plus. I was using it to trim under brush especially oriental bloodroot which is a tough vine with stickers on it. I have wild azaelas mixed in with the weeds and the...
