This product has sucrose and it helped me sleep ut first made me jittery, unlike the tablets. I have not been able to find more nutritional info.

Good Results
This is a great product to help you sleep and reduce any aches you may be experiencing. I have arthritis and sometimes find it difficult to get a full night's sleep. This product does not leave me drowsy in the morning. I am sensitive to medications and this one works well for me.
