tasty and healthy way to start the day
This is a very tasty cereal and a great way to start the day. I enjoy it with soy milk and the combination gives me plenty of energy, until lunch or beyond.This is also a great snack, which can be enjoyed dry.

Great Tasting and Crunchy Too!
I have always liked the taste of GoLean cereal and now it's even better with the crunchy nuggets. Kashi is a good source of high fiber and this makes it easy to add to my regular diet. I also enjoy mixing GoLean Crunch with other Kashi cereals.

Kashi disappointment
I am very disappointed in my last shipment of Kashi Go Lean Crunch. It was very dry in large lumps--not at all the even distribution of cereal I had expected and have always found in Kashi's boxes for the last several years. I don't know if this was a shipping problem or a product problem.

Perfect cereal: Tastes good, interesting, high fiber, not too sweet

Yummy and super cruncholicious--but needs less "sugar"
I find the crunch and texture of this is very satisfying when you want to get your teeth into a granola-like cereal. The flavor is a melange of grains and of sweetness. Favorite Kashi product
Of all Kashi's products, this is our favorite. We mix it with plain yogurt and a little fruit-only jelly for a healthy dessert.My only advice is to keep in an air-tight container because it does tend to clump together and get hard if left in the original package too long.
