YUMMMMM

I am not a fan of most bars---and I hate that soy aftertaste but these Kashi Chocolate Almond bars are great and they hold me for a quick lunch.Usually I eat a yogurt and one bar. They hold me better than "FULL BARS". (cheaper too!)

Delicious, filling, and reasonably healthy

This is a super snack to grab when you're about to miss breakfast. It's not a full breakfast replacement, but you can supplement it with a bit of fruit or yogurt an hour or so later and have a happy tummy.Even better... this is a great dessert... one that satisfies a crunchy sweet craving but...

Tasty but high price!

These bars are extremely tasty and can substitute a mini meal. They seem to slightly overpriced considering the size of the bars. I switched to Nature Valley granola bars for my daily snack, but would consider having the Kashi bars in between for a change.

Yum!

I'm always after having more daily Fiber, and found it in these bars. They are great. Not only do they taste good; if you're a chocolate lover, these will fill the bill in addition to giving you your much needed fiber, they also quench hunger pangs.

We'll buy it again and again!

These are great! Low calorie, light, crispy, great taste, and satisfying. This is a staple snack item in my house! Tons of dietary fiber and they taste great. I recommend this to anyone who would like to replace the typical office bagel or donut. Healthy and delicious.
