Handle broke off the band on FIRST use!

I love the idea of these resistance bands, and what seemed like a good value. I read the brief instruction manual, used it as described. I began with trying out the Chest Flye(pectorals) and during the second set of reps the handle broke completely off the rubber band! I was shocked... this...

Great for different levels from beginner to advanced
