SMALL
Although it says 17" you can only blow it up to 16.5" according to it's instructions and warnings. It is a good ball for kids or adults about 5' tall, or under. If I were between 5'1 and 5'5" I would get the 65cm. I am 5'5" and got this for arm stretches and bridges only. I am not sure it is...

SPRI 45cm Fitness ball
This product is too fragile. I am pretty light person and once I was seated on it, I almost hit the floor. I just returned it to Amazon and bought an anti-burst Everlast. I am pretty happy with it!

I was very disappointed with this product. This ball is made of a material that picks up dust from the floor and lint from work out clothes. In addition it is very very difficult to use the pump provided to blow up the ball. I would gladly have spent more money for a more efficient pump.Last,...
