Petsafe has horrible customer service

If you buy this system, you better hope it doesn't need a warranty replacement. We have been waiting more than three weeks for them to replace our faulty transmitter. I have been in contact with customer service and they simply tell you "sorry" and you have to wait and wait. No indication when...
