It's oil. But I hope that it is helping.

I'm using this in a 2000 Saturn sl 1.9L SOHC VIN-8I try to buy this product from Amazon when they have it on a "sale" or priced to move. and free shipping.(that's important.) so far it's been good. I can't say anything negative, because I change the oil on a regular basis so I don't let it...
