The Thule 963 Spare Me 2-Bike Spare Tire Mount Rack has an all new styling and a bulletproof assembly. The Thule Spare Me has a two bicycle carrying capacity, and performs a facelift on an incredibly popular design. The Thule Spare Me has an updated, hi-tech look to match the hitch lines that are consistent with today's vehicle stylings, and utilizes an improved wing-knob that makes raising and lowering the bike arms effortless, as well as preventing the loss of hardware. This spare tire-mount rack features new Thule T3 cradles, which provide the ultimate control, without sacrificing bike frame fits and adjustability. The Spare Me is constructed of powder-coated steel tubing, accommodates a wider range of fits, weighs 15 pounds, and includes a heavy-duty strap to secure your bikes. This bike rack is compatible with Thule's 955 Anti-Sway Cage upgrade to prevent your bikes from colliding while you drive, and can carry a load of up to 75 pounds. In addition, the Thule Spare Me comes with a locking knob that is One-Key System compatible for carrier-to-tire security, and is compatible with Thule's 538 cable lock system for additional bicycle security.
