The coat I ordered was delivered on time (very happy with that). I tried on this coat in a store, then ordered what I think is last year's model of the same coat. The Medium did not fit the same but I am happy with the coat's warmth, color and price. |

i ordered a montainsmith bag. the front zipper is missing the zipper pull. i am a bit surprised that noone noticed that before sending it or that there was no quality control on items being shipped. a bit of a pain to repack it and send it back. |
