This item had recently experienced a price increase and I am grateful that Onwinetime seems to have sold their current stock at the prevailing price rather than marking them up to the new price. That speaks volumes to me. |

I was very happy with product selection, price, and quality. The only thing that frustrated me was the shipping. I had selected priority mail in order to get the product by the end of the week. I did not receive it until today which was 8 days later. |

The espresso machine brochure that came with the product "la Napolitana" says that it comes with a one cup filter basket and a two cup filter basket. Only the two cup filter basket was in the box. What do I do about getting the one cup... |
