This store should be avoided. They show an image of an item along with a description. Then they send you a non OEM part. I ordered an Apple Powerbook adapter which was as pictured on their site. They sent me a part not even resembling what I ordered |

AVOID IF YOU WANT YOUR PRODUCTSHOULD HAVE READ REVIEWS. I SUSPECT THE ONE POSITIVE IS FROM HIS MOTHER. THEY ARE LIARS, SCAMS, CHEATS AND SHOUYLD BE ARRESTED. HAVE NOT SHIPPED ITEM. PAID FOR 2 DAY. DOES NOT RETURN CALLS. TRACKING IS BOGUS AS ARE THEY |

Horrible company - DO NOT USEJust like many other reviews here, customer service is horrible. I ordered 3 toner cartridges from them 2 weeks ago. They were supposed to be here within 3 days. After about 4 days, I called but their phones were down. I tried again the next day |

This company charged my credit card immediately without shipping the item. 800 is never answered or returned. Email response was not good. They never even had the item in stock. Canceled order and they did not return my money (almost $200). Lied |

They took over 30 days to get the item in stock. I waited 30 days before they even shipped the item I ordered....HOWEVER THEY TOOK FUNDS FROM MY CREDIT CARD THE DAY I ORDERED THE PRODUCT!!! CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS RESPONSIVE...BUT HAD NO ANSWERS AND W |
