Officetronics was not a good experience.The service from Officetronics was not good after I purchased a New HP L7680. I spoke to a Sara and the level of service was just not acceptable. The unit arrived disguised to be new since I am HP reseller we know how these things should arrive. The |

officetronics totally scammed mei purchased 4 brand new HP printers from officetronics. i was told by a phone rep these units were new and full warranty. after 3 months of use from officetronics the units started having problems. called hp support and told units were refurbished... |
