    Good motivation.

    This is a well thought out book. I have read 100s of books on weight loss. This one does take a different approach. I would recommend this book as another arsenal in the weight loss war.

    It really really really helped me, more than any other "diet" or "plan" out there.

    Not bad, but not good

    The Beck Diet touches on the surface of the core issue. All diets work - short term. Unfortunately emotions are the reason why 95% of people can't sustain weight loss. The Beck Diet is at least a start in the right direction to change habits.
