- It really really really helped me, more than any other "diet" or "plan" out there.
I picked this book up from the library during a week I was totally going to become dead set on losing weight. I didn't have that much to lose, but 25lbs was a lot for me! I had steadily gained weight over 3 years after quitting...

The Beck Diet touches on the surface of the core issue. All diets work - short term. Unfortunately emotions are the reason why 95% of people can't sustain weight loss. The Beck Diet is at least a start in the right direction to change...
