I kind of liked this book. Her 'rules' for how you should eat (taste things, but don't have a full portion of anything; wake up in the morning and see how you feel -- if you don't feel particularly hungry, don't feel compelled to have three meals that day) kind of made sense to me, and they...

A little unrealistic, but good to strive for

The reframing of how one views food is very helpful, but looking at her "food diary" at the end was really discouraging. No way I could eat the tiny amount Bethenny does-I'd be hungry all the time. I'm a runner, usually 15-18 miles a week, and I'd need an entire additional meal to not feel...
