Service was good, but the lamp shade was broken when delivered. I contacted the online distributor and they were extremely helpful in ordering a replacement. I have not received the replacement yet, but I expect to receive it shortly. |

The product was received ontime. However, This product was an open box. I guest some one had bought this item and returned. The quality of this product is very poor. I would try not to by product from the same manufacturer again. |
