Very poor customer serviceI purchased a NORDIC TRACK eliptical machine. Came with two right arms instead of a right and left arm.. Ordered what appeared to be the correct part based on assembly instructions. When part came it was missing the bearing |

The eliptical machine gives the impression it is a used or previously damanged item. Manner of delivery was not satisfactory. Additionally had to order parts. Would prefer to return. |

The treadmill I ordered is great I love it, and the people at NordicTrack were great answered all my questions. I also paid to have it put togather and the man that did that was great also, Great job can't say enough. Thanks |
