I ordered a AC adapter for my laptop from their site. I selected 3 Day Select Shipping. It took 8 days for me to receive it. I emailed one of the addresses it had on the shipping part of the site and the person who responded said it was not their com |

The replacement lamp I ordered did not work once installed. I e-mailed customer service and have not received a response. My 30 days for a return are almost up and I am waiting for resolution. |
