This is my first purchase online from your site and first time buying a "knock off" purse. I was highly skeptical of purchasing "replica" or "knock off" purses unless I could physically see and handle the item first.... |

I found the order process was very simple and I found merchandise that I liked and was in stock but the delivery date was not explained to me. |
