The staff seemed kind of clueless about the fact that my "old credit card phone number" was different than the new one, but that the new one matched the number I had submitted with the order. This caused about a 3 day delay in me... |

I ordered a set of picks - about a dozen - from MF, and they were packaged in a roughly 6"x 6" corrugated box, with packing paper stabilizing the tiny bag of picks. It was unmistakably over-packing: a waste of materials and shipping space. |

I am satisfied with Musicians Friend's service but disapointed with the set up of the PRS guitar. My expectations for the set up on the PRS were not met by a wide margin. |
