"If only the paper would feed properly"
It has all the features anyone could want - and multiple paper trays. However, the paper just doesn't feed and so I find myself there, pushing paper through. BIG PROBLEM!! If that was fixed - it would be the printer of my dreams.

"This all in one is a nightmaire"
would love this printer only if it would work. The features and capabilities are excellent. Unfortunately HP did not debug the software and hardware before selling it. 1) Scanner does not scan muliple pages without errors 2) Automatic document feeder

The top document feeder tray is flimsy, just waiting for the opportunity to fall off. Otherwise the fit and finish are fine. The small display screen should have been made so you could tilt it to improve its visibility in direct light. My printer
PROS: Print quality is very respectable and print cost (per the manufacture) should be approximately 1.5 cents per page which is excellent. Time will tell what the actual printing costs are.
CONS: heavy, little documetation and what is provided is poor, flimsy construction, does what it wants to do and plain just doesn't work half the time

"HP did not get all the bugs out."
Just received my new hp office jet pro l7780 printer TODAY , It did not work properly from the start,(IT was SLOW and full of error messages) Called HP and it was determided it was a internal problem with its firmware, Well great, please repair this
