Overall it is not a bad product compared to other printers on the market! Nice design, nice small color screen, and it also has a card reader.

"Big Brown of printers"
Easy set-up. Takes about 3 minute warm-up to print color. I couldn't believe it, my old HP would just print, no dog and pony show first. Print was blotchy, you have to wait to let it dry. 5th paper I put in jammed. Did the recovery procedure. No good
