The pictures came out dull, lifeless, grainy, and hazy. Wasted over a dozen 4X6 sheets and hours of work trying different settings. Tried both the included software and the Mac-resident print utility. Neither produced acceptable...

- Great product could be more user friendly
Great quality printer and scanner. The user functions are a bit confusing. After a paper jam using 2-sided printing, I had to call customer service to reset using a cumbersome process. Having said that, I would buy it again.

We love this printer. You can't go wrong, especially now that it's selling for well under $100. We haven't had any problems and are happy with the quality and flexibility of the functions.
