Gathers dust on the Floor...
I have never gotten this machine to work properly. The screen keeps saying "Selection & Set" and beeps angrily at me no matter which button I push. I did get it to dial a fax number a few times, but each time when the other machine picked up it...

performance is excellent
I love this machine and the installation and set up were a breeze. I must admit I was intimidated by the instruction book and was happily surprised at how quickly I was able to set it up and get functional. I am able to have my telephone answering...
PROS: Great for home office, I was recommended by the Xerox rep and couldn't be happier with my choice
CONS: Have yet to find one

We bought this unit to replace a similar Brother multi-function machine that lasted 7 years. I expect to have the same long service from this unit. Nice all around machine.
PROS: Great price, works as expected

"Worst laserjet printer I've had"
I've tried EVERY type of paper possible. Cheapest to most expensive. It keeps grabbing two pages at a time, printing partially on both. (If it's lucky and doesn't jam completely) And forget about ever trying to print on both sides. This will be...
PROS: Seems to get a lot of copies per cartridge

I was actually looking to purchase another one. I have one in my home office and recently moved to my regular office and I need one there. I won't buy any other machine!
PROS: Scans to my computer flawlessly. Very fast printing, document feeding was also very fast while faxing.
CONS: When I first did the set up I had some issues that wouldn't let me print but Tech support was great and walked me through it. That was the only issue that I have had.
